1. The loading zone has been annotated with a key note. Three key note states the size as noted. The size of the loading zone could not be verified on the plan. Label the size as 12 feet by 35 feet in the key note (31)

2. The landscape plans have not been updated with the correct location for west side the crosswalk. Sheet L1.0 does indicate the correct location of the west crosswalk but the other landscape sheets do not. Revise as required.

(*) CONDITIONAL APPROVAL SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
Resubmittal WILL comply with the Department of Urban Planning and Design, subject to the following understanding:

1. A previous DUDP staff comment requested the applicant submit documentation to establish that the proposed sign(s) for Discount Tires were under review by the City of Tucson Sign review staff. This particular request was not addressed in the resubmittal. In an effort to stream line reviews, DUPD staff will not require a resubmittal if it is determined by DSD staff that the proposed sign(s) for Discount Tires are already under review by DSD sign code review staff. However, if the proposed signage proposal for discount tires is not under current review by DSD, then a resubmittal is required to the Department of Urban Planning and Design staff to address the staff requirement outlined below, which reads:

Please verify the Department of Development Services, Sign Section, is reviewing a sign program designed with common elements and a common range of colors for Phase II. Sign program to include the perimeter pylon signs, if applicable, as required by rezoning condition # 28, which reads as following:

A sign program shall be designed with common elements and a common range of colors for Phase II. Sign program to include the perimeter pylon signs, if applicable
