Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is March 19 2010. 2. The following items must be revised or addressed. a. Revise the location of the truncated domes for the ramp along the north side of the parking north of the building (Parking area adjacent to the fenced in area). Also it is not clear if the ramp is needed due to a grade change or just placed in the wrong location. The truncated domes as called out would definitely be placed in the wrong location based on the key note for this ramp. b. Annotate the loading zone with a keynote. Also please ensure that it is clearly marked. c. The crosswalk at the southwest area of the revision area is incorrect. The crosswalk must lead the pedestrian to a access ramp at the either curb returns. d. All parking spaces that abut a sidewalk must be provided with wheel stops or the sidewalks must be constructed to a width of six and on-half feet. Draw the wheel stops or for all parking spaces that abut sidewalks and dimension the side walks or use key notes to annotate. e.
