Pima County Development Services Department Development Review Division (Wastewater) SUBJECT: Northwest Corner of Harrison & Old Spanish Trail Development Plan – 3rd Submittal D06-0003 The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. SHEET 2. Existing manhole 2 is existing, please label it as such. It is not required to show the information beyond its rim and invert elevation and plan number . SHEET 2. The proposed private sewer layout is not clear and requires further revision. Show the size, length and slope for the proposed private sewers. Show how the sewer is connecting to existing manhole 2. Show the rim and invert elevation for any cleanouts. Place a cleanout at any location where there is a change in alignment. We will require a revised set of drawings and a response letter addressing each comment. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents. The next submittal of this project will be the 4th submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $39.00 made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter. In the parking calculations, "General Sales" parked at 1/200 for 6700 GFA totals to 33.5 spaces required. Per LUC Sec. 3.3.3.8 fractional amounts equal to or greater than one half are rounded up to the next whole number.
