The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. Due to the revision in the development plan the PAAL along the west side of the building has been added but was not dimensioned. Dimension the width for the two-way PAAL. Minimum width requirement is 24 feet. 3. The handicapped Parking sign on sheet SP 1.4 must be revised per the approved detail drawing of the PARK WISE Division of the Transportation Department. Contact Park Wise team at 791-5071 for more information on the sign language. The height of the actual sign is measured from finished grade of the sidewalk where the sign is to be located to the bottom of the sign. The minimum height is seven feet.
