This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Our office has received the required capacity response letter for our file. Sheet DP2.0: Item 44. in the descriptive notes, NEW 4” SANITARY SEWER LINE… On the site plan this note is pointed to a water line. Revise the site plan so that it shows: The arrow pointing from Keynote 44, to the 4” private sanitary sewer line. Sheet DP2.0: Item 45. in the descriptive notes, NEW 1 1/2” WATER LINE… On the site plan this note is pointed to a sewer line. Revise the site plan so that it shows: The arrow pointing from Keynote 45, to the 1 1/2” water line. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the development plan. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. The majority of the major elements to be painted silver, beams and roof edges, are concealed behind the sun screen (metal screen). Only the columns will be visible; the columns are 6-inches in diameter. The building has no other eaves, fascias, or trims. Please refer to the color elevations and the storefront detail sheet. The metal screen shall rust within two months of installation and shall be rusted prior to occupancy. |
