| 09/19/2018 | AHINES2 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approved | The City of Tucson - Environmental & General Services Department (COT-EGSD) has completed our review of D05-0022, the Commercial Lot / Block "C", Lots 25 and 38 Menlo Park - Mercado District. In the "Ground Floor Plan Keynotes" on Sheet DP-4, COT-EGSD requested that the following sentence be added: "The containers shall be positioned in the loading zone so that the service vehicle operator does not have to exit the truck". This sentence was added to the notes. All other aspects of the solid waste management plan were previously reviewed and approved by COT-EGSD. Therefore, COT-EGSD approves the solid waste management plans for the Commercial Lot / Block "C", Lots 25 and 38 Menlo Park - Mercado District development.
