08/11/2017 | KLEE1 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Trish, Environmental and General Services has completed our review of D05-0022, Commercial Lot/Block "C" and Lots 25 and 38 Menlo Park Mercado District. This is the fourth submittal of this Development Package. I have reviewed all of the review comments made by Environmental Services on the previous submittals. Based on this review, all of the comments were addressed with the exception of the following: •The applicant shall demonstrate that the refuse and recycling service vehicles can enter and exit the 35 foot loading space along Paeso De Los Zanjerso using the turning templates in Technical Standards Manual Section 8, Figure 7. If this has already been done, please have the applicant submit this information. •In "Ground Floor Plan Keynotes" on Sheet DP-4, add the following sentence: "The containers shall be positioned in the loading zone so that the service vehicle operator does not have to exit the truck". Upon receipt of these minor items, Environmental and General Services can approve the Development Package from a solid waste management standpoint. Tom Ryan, P. E.
