1. The information that was requested in the previous review is not Traffic Recordation Data as presented on this submittal. It is a requirement of the Development Standards 2-05.2.2.D. Remove that note from the plan set.

2. The referenced plan that you submitted to satisfy this requirement is incorrect. The plan you referenced is a paving improvement plan. The detail that you show only shows that there should be 80' of ROW. It does not show the book and page where this ROW was dedicated to the city. That information is at Subdivision Plats book 50 page 56.

3. Place this information in the roadway on the plans, not as a note elsewhere.

4. The type size that is used to indicate the ROW dimensions does not appear to be the required 12 point minimum.
