COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is November 19, 2007.

2. Please revise zoning note. Remove reference to PAD-6A and SP-6a and replace with PAD-12, Civano Master PAD, Neighborhood 1PAD District.

3. Please provide an updated parking inventory to verify parking for commercial uses.

4. Please revise the parking calculation for the total number of required spaces to five (5). Per LUC 3.3.3.8 when the final result of the calculation of required motor vehicle parking results in a fractional number, a fraction less than one-half (1/2) is adjusted to the next lower whole number.
