03/18/2005 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Approv-Cond Based on changes proposed in the 3/22/05 correspondence the landscape section recommends approval based on the following condition(s).

1) Clarify the scale of sheets LS-1 and SP1.1, the scale listed does not correspond with the scale bar.

2) Revise SP 1.1 and SP 1.2 to show the same information along Broadway Boulevard: ROW, sidewalks, curbs notations, etc.
03/21/2005 DAN CASTRO ZONING REVIEW Approved COMMENTS
1. Section 5.3.8.2, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a development plan. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this development plan is December 21, 2005.

2. Provide a building permit activity number to place a hold on the Certificate of Occupancy for the building. The reason for the hold is to check that the required scrubbers described in rezoning condition 15 are approved by the Building Official. Please contact the permit desk (791-5550 ext. 1124) to obtain information on the permit activity application.
