This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. 1. SHEET 1. The previous wastewater review letter erroneously referenced the Pima County Code. Please revise General Note 20 to read as shown below and fill in the blanks appropriately THIS PROJECT HAS ____ PROPOSED AND ____ EXISTING WASTEWATER FIXTURE UNIT EQUIVALENTS, PER TABLE 13.20.045(E)(1) IN PIMA COUNTY CODE 13.20.045(E). 2. SHEET 1. The previous wastewater review letter erroneously indicated to ad a general note that did not apply for this project. Please replace General Note 15 with this one below. THE ON-SITE SEWERS ARE EXISTING AND PRIVATE. NO NEW SEWERS ARE PROPOSED. 3. SHEET 1. Add the following General Note MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER TO ITS POINT OF CONNECTION TO THE PUBLIC SEWER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROPERTY OWNER. 4. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the tentative plat.
