COMMENTS

The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

1. As per my conversation with Tom on Friday November 3, 2004, will the colors for the signage be added to the Scenic Corridor list? I acknowledge that a separate permit is to be attained by the sign contractor, but if the proposed colors for the signage do not march the approved colors on the color palette a new Scenic Corridor application and review and approval process (which includes new fees) will be required.

If the signage colors are to be listed on this color palette please insure that the colors match the renderings or the renderings must be revised to include the new colors. Keep in mind that the colors must be similar to the colors that have been approved for this building.

As is required for any Scenic Corridor application three sets of the color renderings must be provided. I have received one revised set (sheets 1 and 2) with this last submittal. Two additional sets are requested for final stamps and signoffs.
