TRANSMITTAL: 11-4-04
DUE DATE: 11-4-04

1. The Scenic Corridor Zone (SCZ) application must be approved prior to development plan approval.
DS 2-05.2.2.B.10

2. All lettering and dimensions shall be a minimum of twelve point (0.12") in size for microfilming/archiving purposes. Revise all text on sheet 1 of 3 which does not meet this minimum standard. DS 2-05.2.1.C

3. Some of the keynote numbers are struck over by the grading limits line. Revise so that all keynote labels are legible.

4. Sidewalks within the project must be physically separated from vehicular travel lanes and parking spaces by means of curbing, except at crosswalks. Label and dimension the width of the pedestrian circulation system clearly on the drawing. Label and dimension the feature that extends southward from the center front of future building 2. Is this a sidewalk/crosswalk? It is not clear on the plan where or if the pedestrian sidewalk connects to the right-of-way along Tanque Verde Road. The pedestrian sidewalk must connect all areas of the development and must provide connections between the building to sidewalks along the adjacent street frontages.
DS 2-08.4.1
