In order to finish the lot split approval process, the legal descriptions must now be recorded and copies of recordation (docket and page information) along with copies of address certificates from Pima County must be provided to the Zoning Review Section. A copy of the proposed lot split survey and legal descriptions along with the address certificates will be places in City records upon final lot split approval.
