After speaking to Mr.Joseph Linville, Senior Planner/Landscape Section of the City of Tucson, you are required to provide a 6-foot-high wall on the north portion of the property, as a requirement of the Land Use Code.

Design concepts. Any required or proposed masonry screen walls shall be constructed of, or painted with, graffiti resistant materials. These screen walls shall incorporate one of the following decorative materials: a) tile, b) stone, c) brick, d) textured brick/block, e) a course-textured material such as stucco or plaster, or f) a combination of the above materials. A detail of the proposed screen walls to be shown on the landscape plan as part of development plan submittal.

Whether you can negotiate a party wall agreement with the neighbor, or whether you must construct a new one, please provide us with an elevation of the wall detail.
