PROJECT: D04-0008
Lot # at West Point Crossing
Development Plan

FROM: David Rivera
Senior Planner

FOR: Patricia Gehlen
Principal Planner

TRANSMITTAL: May 1, 2004

DUE DATE: May 13, 2004

The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

Zoning has reviewed the submitted revised overall/comprehensive development plan, which includes as built conditions as well as the ongoing development for the Olive Garden and the proposed developments on Lots 3 and 4.

The Zoning Section finds the plan to satisfy the request made by David Rivera, for the Barclay Group to submit a comprehensive plan of the entire West Point Crossing development. This plan will be the most current and must be used as the base drawing for future changes, T.I. permits, additions etc. Please be aware that all future changes will require the updating of the overall/comprehensive West Point Crossing development plan.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call David Rivera at (520) 791-5608.
