The following items must be revised or added to the plan. Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

1. Dimension and label Existing private or public right-of-way adjacent to or within the site shall be provided: right-of-way width and recordation data. D.S. 2-05.2.3.C

2. Curb returns with a 25' radii are required from street (Stone Ave.) to P.A.A.L.

3. Indicate a dimensioned cross-section detail of site from south wall to the north wall, identifying each item.

4. Demonstrate vehicle maneuverability fully dimensioned for future refuse location. D.S. 2-05.2.4.T The maximum back-up distance for the collection vehicle shall be forty (40) feet. D.S. 6-01.4.1.C Contact John Clark of Environmental Services @ 791-3175 ext. 1136 to reach an agreement that does not meet Development Standards 6-01 and to obtain a DSMR.

5. Existing and proposed SVT's are to be Near side is 345', Far side is 125'. Correct and revise.
