09/08/2006 JCLARK3 ENV SVCS REVIEW Approved * This project was approved in 2003. Ds has related to ES that if the project was previously approved the developer was not required to bring the project up to todays standards. The project was improved with enclosures that does not meet Development Standards. DS stated that ES could denie the project but the City's Attorney office has given a judgement previopusly that the City could not inforce the developer to make improvements to plans that are approved.

Based on the above the project was signed off this date as approved (By John Clark).
