D03-031 We have reviewed the above-referenced project on behalf of the Pima County Wastewater Management Department. The following comments are offered for your use: 1. Provide a letter from PCWWM Planning Services, written within the past 90 days, stating that treatment and conveyance system capacity for this project is available. Mr. Robert Decker of PCWWM Planning Services may be contacted regarding this matter at 520-740-6625. 2. Based on our evaluation, this project would qualify for Non-Participating sewer connection rates. 3. Wastewater Management Note #5 states 80 proposed fixture units. What is the existing number of fixture units? Based on the total number of fixture units will determine if a Sewer Service Agreement is required. 4. Sheet 1: Add the following Note: Any relocation, modification, etc., of the existing utilities and/or public improvements required by this development will be at no expense to the public. 5. Sheet 2: Label all existing sewer lines with sewer number, size and identify if public or private. 6. Sheet 2: Label all manholes with manhole number and rim and invert elevations. 7. Sheet 2: Show slope of each on-site sewer segment to two decimal places. 8. We will require a complete set of the revised bluelines, and a response letter, addressing these comments. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents. The next submittal of this project will be the third submittal. Please include a $78.00 check for the wastewater review fees (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) with the revised set of bluelines and response letter. If other sheets are revised in such a manner that the sewer design is impacted, please adjust the review fee accordingly.
