Approval of the Development Plan is not recommended at this time. The drainage report is approved for Development Plan purposes. The following comments are offered: DEVELOPMENT PLAN: New 5' sidewalks are required, 2' minimum from back of curb, where curbing exists along Sunland Vista and Kramer Avenue rights of way (Development Standard - DS 2-05.2.4 L & 3-01.3.3 A); DRAINAGE REPORT: The soils report does not appear to have been included with the resubmittal. Please include this report with the resubmittal, in accordance with the City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management (SMDDFM) Section 14.2.6 (DS 10-02.0) GENERAL COMMENTS: The Development Plan and drainage report were reviewed for Development Plan purposes only - a separate grading plan/permit submittal may be required.
