The following comments are offered for your use: 1. The development plan and landscape plan are hereby approved, subject to the following: 2. The irrigation system for the Verbena Peruviana in the existing 10' public sewer easement must be a sub-surface drip, or other, system that will not be damaged when PCWWM’s sewer maintenance vehicles drive down this easement. 3. The irrigation system in the existing 10' public sewer easement must be operated in such a manner that muddy or slippery conditions are not formed within the easement.
