1. Place the development plan number (D03-020) on all sheets, including the landscape plan and the irrigation plan, in the lower right hand corner near the title block.

2. Revise zoning setback table to specify that the MS&R setback from Speedway Blvd. is the greater of 21 feet or the height of exterior structure wall measured from back of future curb.

3. Provide a copy of recorded cross access/ cross parking agreement and add the recordation information (docket and page numbers) for the agreement to the development plan notes.

4. Bicycle parking calculation shows that 4 class 2 spaces are proposed but a revised total of 6 (2 for each building) are now shown on the. Please revise bicyle parking calcs. Add a statement to the calcs that two bicycle parking spaces are provided for each building,

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IS REQUIRED: revised development plan, landscape plan, cross access/cross parking document.
09/11/2003 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1) The site must be screened from the residentially zoned property to the south. LUC 3.7.3
( The addition of one-gallon shrubs is not sufficient to meet this requirement, a 5' wall is required.)

2) Screening per LUC Table 3.7.2-I is required along the west property line to screen the parking area from the adjacent O-3 zoned property north of building 'A' (where no screen currently exists).
( A 5' high wall will be required.)

3) The loading area must be screened from the adjacent O-3 property and from the adjacent R-1 property with a six foot high masonry wall per LUC Table 3.7.2-I.
(Note the height of any existing walls and revise the plans to include new walls where necessary to meet the minimum requirements.)

Resubmittal of the Development/Landscape Plan is required.
Provide a response letter with the resubmittal.
