Place the development plan number (D03-020) on all sheets, including the landscape plan and the irrigation plan, in the lower right hand corner near the title block. 2. Revise zoning setback table to specify that the MS&R setback from Speedway Blvd. is the greater of 21 feet or the height of exterior structure wall measured from back of future curb. LUC 3.2.6.5 3. Provide a copy of recorded cross access/ cross parking agreement and add the recordation information (docket and page numbers) for the agreement to the development plan notes. DS 2-05.2.4.N 4. Bicycle parking calculation shows that 4 class 2 spaces are proposed but a revised total of 6 (2 for each building) are now shown on the. Please revise bicyle parking calcs. Add a statement to the calcs that two bicycle parking spaces are provided for each building, DS 2-09.4.1 5. It is acknowledged that a Board of Adjustment Variance application will be submitted to seek relief from the loading zone requirement. Once, the variance is approved, add the variance case number, date of approval, what was approved and conditions to the general notes.
