05/28/2003 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Approv-Cond Screening must be located to screen the parking area near the intersection of Alvernon and Glenn. Presently, suitable screening plants appear to be located near the bottom of the drainage basin. Prior to site plan approval the plans must be revised to provide more effective screening.
