We have reviewed the above-referenced project on behalf of the Pima County Wastewater Management Department. The following comments are offered for your use:

1. Show the method and location of connection to the public sewer for the south structure.

2. Identify and label appropriately the sewer structure at the northeast corner of the property.

3. Based on the number of wastewater fixture units proposed for this project, a Sewer Service Agreement will not be required.

4. Please submit a blueline with the above revisions to Pima County Development Review for our files. No fee required for this submittal.

5. Subject to the above, we hereby approve the Development Plan.
