The subject project has been reviewed. We offer the following comments:

Development Plan:

1. It is not clear what the wash basins will be used for and how will they drain. Additionally, the basins may need oil/water separators before they discharge into the sewer. The basins require also roofs to protect them from rain water.
2. Add invert elevations and additional grades on Details 7/3 and 13/3 to clarify the proposed drainage directions. Additionally, provide a detail for the proposed clean out.
3. What is the purpose of the proposed 6-foot curb opening south of building 4? It appears that it is proposed in front of the sidewalk around the building.
4. The attached email does not properly address the drainage modifications shown east of Building "1". Address the changes and provide sufficient information, dimensions and details.
