Tucson Electric Power Company has reviewed and approved the development plan dated October 18, 2002. It appears that there are existing facilities within the boundaries of this project; however, they do not appear to be in conflict with this proposed development. In the event there are conflicts, the costs for relocation or removal will be borne by the developer.

The plan depicts a proposed 12’x35’ loading space crossing existing underground electrical facilities. If the grade is going to change due to the installation of the loading space, TEP will have to be notified to evaluate the conditions, and to decide if the facilities will need relocation.

Please submit a final set of plans including electrical load plans, to determine how TEP will serve this commercial development. If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Your final plans should be sent to:

Please indicate on Development Plan the wall height for the perimeter walls that abut residential properties; and include a note in the General Notes section to read “All walls visible are to be graffiti-resistant and incorporate one or more visually appealing design treatments, such as: the use of two or more decorative materials like stucco, tile, stone, or brick; a visually interesting design on the wall surface; varied wall alignments (jog, curve, notch, setback, etc.); and/or, trees and shrubbery in voids created by wall variations.”

1. Please provide existing topograpghic contours at intervals not exceeding two (2) feet and/or spot elevations as pertinent and Bench Mark based on City of Tucson Datum, including City Field Book and page number per D.S. 2-02.2.1.23 and D.S. 2-05.2.1.H.
2. Obtain permission from Solid Waste to use existing refuse collection bin.
3. A separate grading permit may be required.
4. Fully-dimensioned loading space(s) and maneuvering area(s) per D.S. 2-02.2.1.14.
5. Please list estimated cut & fill quantities per D.S. 2-02.2.1.17.

9. Please show a typical cross section of the P.A.A.L. or call out the percentage of slopes. Call out the GB at the D/W, if applicable.
10. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks via scuppers. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S 3-01.4.4.
