Irvington Road, Tucson, AZ 85714 Post Office Box 711, Tucson, AZ 85702 Telephone: 520-884-3879 Fax: 520-770-2002 WR#65832 October 28, 2002 Mr. Kim Acorn Acorn Associates Architecture, Ltd. 4400 E. Broadway, Suite #505 Tucson, AZ 85711 Dear Mr. Acorn: SUBJECT: Hughes Federal Credit Union D02-0036 Tucson Electric Power Company has reviewed and approved the development plan dated October 18, 2002. It appears that there are existing facilities within the boundaries of this project; however, they do not appear to be in conflict with this proposed development. In the event there are conflicts, the costs for relocation or removal will be borne by the developer. The plan depicts a proposed 12’x35’ loading space crossing existing underground electrical facilities. If the grade is going to change due to the installation of the loading space, TEP will have to be notified to evaluate the conditions, and to decide if the facilities will need relocation. Please submit a final set of plans including electrical load plans, to determine how TEP will serve this commercial development. If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Your final plans should be sent to: Greg Carter Distribution Services – DS101 Tucson Electric Power Company P. O. Box 711 Tucson, AZ 85702 Please call me at (520) 884-3879, should you have any questions. Sincerely, S. Glynda Rothwell Right-of-Way Agent Land Management sgr cc: City of Tucson |
