TMC – New Hospice Facility



As requested, rezoning condition 1.d has been revised to reflect a maximum building height of nineteen (19) feet, including all mechanical equipment and parapets, for that portion of the medical records storage facility that is more than 120 feet from the west property line. Sheet DP-1 shows a 23-foot parapet height for that portion of the medical records storage building that is more than 120 feet from the west property line. Please revise the building and/or parapet height to be consistent with the rezoning condition.
