NOTE:

1. Submit a 24 x 36 Mylar of approved Development Plan to City Planning. Signed and dated mylar will be forwarded to Pima County Addressing prior to the assignment of addresses.

2. All addresses will need to be displayed per Pima County Address Standards at the time of final inspection.
10/22/2002 JOE LINVILLE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES LANDSCAPE Denied The Landscape Section does not recommend approval of the development plan at this time.

It is understood that a variance has been requested for the required screen wall. Provide verification of any variances received and revise the landscape plan as necessary to comply with any conditions imposed. For questions related to variances contact Zoning Administration.

The requirements of LUC 3.7.2.7 apply to all areas of the site including the basin bottoms. Revise the landscape plan to include an appropriate ground surface treatment. Appropriate treatments may include additional groundcover plantings, native seed mixes or river rock.

Resubmittal of the DevelopmentPlan/ Landscape Plan is required.

3. Provide recordation information for the easements. All proposed easements must be recorded and recordation information added to the plan prior to approval.

4. Between any building and PAAL a five (5) foot pedestrian refuge with a four (4) foot sidewalk is required. As noted in the response comments, approval of a DSMR will be required to allow the proposed painted pedestrian walkway lined with concrete wheelstops along the east side of building #2. Upon DSMR approval, add a general note with the DSMR case number along with date of approval and conditions imposed.

We have reviewed the above-referenced project on behalf of the Pima County Wastewater Management Department. The following comments are offered for your use:

1. Based on the number of wastewater fixture units proposed for this project, a Sewer Service Agreement will not be required.

2. Be advised, the correction regarding the Title Block was partially done. Page one was corrected; however, pages two through four were not. All pages shall reflect the same information in the title block. Contact the C.D.R.C. office for the appropriate review section to assist with the correct name to be labeled in the Title Block.

3. Subject to the above, we hereby approve the Development Plan
