However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 1. The following conditions of approval were discussed with Jim Lauderdale on March 26, 2003. Please address as required. A. Revise the freestanding light pole detail Q C-4.2 to reflect the maximum height of 16 feet as measured from design grade to the light source. Rezoning condition 2, C9-02-06. B. The Pima County Tax Code Parcel combo must be processed through the Pima County Assessor's Office. Provide a copy of the approved form. C. The Lot Combo Covenant must be recorded. Provide a copy of the recordation receipt for the Lot Combo Covenant or a copy of the recorded covenant with the stamped docket and page numbers. D. Dedication of right-of-way for both Alvernon and Grant must be completed and accepted by the City of Tucson prior to submittal of the development plan Mylar copies for signatures and stamps. The docket and page numbers for the dedication must be added to the plan. As soon as the Development Services Department receives verification that all conditions are met, a rezoning ordinance will be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration.
