1. Revise the parking calculation to indicate the total number of parking spaces provided (18). Add a handicap parking calculation stating the number of h/c spaces required (1) and provided (2).

2. Add to the drawing the dimensions (width and length) and angle in degrees of the angled parking spaces to the east of the new addition.

3. A minimum distance of 2 feet must be maintained between the chain link fence and the PAAL to the east of the angled parking spaces. This additional 2-foot area is necessary to provide clearance for fire, sanitation, and delivery vehicles.

4. Add a note to the drawing stating that the proposed chain link gate shall remain open during business hours.
