Zoning does however pose the following question. If the ROW area to be annexed is abandoned any how will the area be utilized and what owners will be affected by the abandonment? It is also worth mentioning that in order to assure that the abandoned area does not become no-mans land that the area be incorporated with any adjacent parcels. |
