If this will require more than just permitting the 6 units that were installed without a permit I will have to withdraw this permit proses.
We will have to verify the proper installation of the existing systems running condensate drains to proper location load calc on each apartment to ensure the the system is adequate for the space, install fan switched for the fresh air requirement and I will need a document from American Design And Consulting to sing off on the do to it is a commercial project.
