I would like to request copies of the building permits such as the original or shell permit, major renovations, and roofing permits and the certificates of occupancy for the one-story, multi-tenant, retail building built on APN 111-05-026F, and was constructed around 1986. Please note that the electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are not needed for my request.
