**PLEASE RENEW FOR 90 DAYS** RE: Expired Permit TR-UTL-0223-00976. WO 6800921. TEP will be replacing 4 poles and overhead equipment on an additional 3 poles. 3 of the pole replacements will be new poles with an increased diameter at grade. The remaining pole replacement will be of similar size, sidewalk repair will be completed at all locations.
