You will be charged for 2 years of renewal since you did not renew the 2nd year. You can go in to TC-MDP-1223-01927 and go into sub-records to request the renewal. T22CM01074 is expired and also needs to have a request for extension done under the sub-records and requires a resubmittal from Ken. Once you renew the template and we have processed it he can go in and require an extension of the T22CM01074.
