PERMIT EXTENSION REQUEST: Request an extension to Permit Number TS-PRM-0623-00371 (Plato's Closet #11451) for an additional 60 to 90 calendar days to allow the sign contractor the needed time to proceed with the appropriate inspection of the installed sign (whether the inspection is a Self-Certification Inspection or a Final Sign and Final Electrical Inspection).
