*ALL AVAILABLE HISTORICAL DATA PREVIOUSLY UPLOADED UNDER ACTIVITY NUMBER 'REQ-0423-02093' ON PRO. FOR NEWER/CURRENT INFO, PLEASE CHECK PRO.* - I represent the seller in the sale of this home. I'm looking for building permits for all structures. I find T02CM00395 for the studio but there is a garage and a guest house that I can't find plans for. I think the main house was built in 1929 and the guest house possibly in 1936. The garage was built sometime in the 1980's the owner thinks and the studio was built in 2002 according to the permit mentioned above.
