Pitchfork has owned and operated a dispensary on the Property since December 2024 and is seeking to add a drive through and increase the marijuana use to incorporate the entire 6,502 square foot building to facilitate storage. Since the dispensary was approved before Tucson’s Special Exception process was adopted, the Applicant is required to go through this process for modifications.
