This Project is not complete, deferred submittal review has a review comment that needs to be addressed and a resubmittal to the building permit is required. Once documents have been resubmitted, review is approved and conditions are satisfied submit a new request for CofO/LOC.
- Remodel project will include a new order point canopy, order meal delivery canopy, and a two small expansions (68 sq ft and 62 sq ft) along with a building reduction of 392 sq ft resulting in a net loss of building space by 262 sq ft.
