I am requesting historical building permit records and plans for the following property:
Property Address: 9102 E Calle Kuehn, Tucson, AZ 85715
Parcel/APN: 133-04-0720
I am specifically requesting BOTH historical documents and plans, including:
The original building permit and approved plans for the residence
Any subsequent building permits and approved plans
Records for any additions, alterations, or changes to the residence
Any permits or plans related to a sunroom, Arizona room, patio enclosure, enclosed patio, family room, room addition, or additional living area
Site plans and floor plans
Structural/framing plans, if available
Inspection records
Certificates of occupancy, completion, or final inspection records
Any other records that would establish when the Arizona room/sunroom was constructed and whether it was permitted
The home was constructed in approximately 1971. I am trying to determine whether the existing Arizona room was part of the original permitted construction or was added at a later date.
If the Arizona room was added after the original construction, I would like to obtain the permit number, date of construction/permit, approved plans, and inspection/final records associated with that addition.
