This Project is not complete, all permit conditions need to be satisfied. Once condition documents are submitted, all permit condition documentation reviews are approved, and conditions are satisfied re-request for CofO/LOC.
-Remodel project will include a new order point canopy, order meal delivery canopy, and a two small expansions (68 sq ft and 62 sq ft) along with a building reduction of 392 sq ft resulting in a net loss of building space by 262 sq ft.
