This project is not complete, the permit still has outstanding inspections that must be completed/passed. The permit has outstanding permit conditions that must be submitted for review, approved and be satisfied. In addition, all related permits/plans must be in "Completed" status. The related permits/plans that are still active permits are as follows TC-COM-0125-00071, TC-COM-0125-00072, TD-DEV-1222-00060, TF-FCP-0525-00390, TF-FOP-0725-00947 & TF-FOP-1025-01369. Please submit a new request once all the above have been completed.
- Remodel project will include a new order point canopy, order meal delivery canopy, and a two small expansions (68 sq ft and 62 sq ft) along with a building reduction of 392 sq ft resulting in a net loss of building space by 262 sq ft.
