This project is not complete. The permit still has outstanding permit conditions, inspections are not all completed/passed and a deferred submittal review that needs resubmittal. In addition, all related projects must be in completed status (TD-DEV-0425-00117 & TF-FOP-1025-01380). TD-DEV-0425-00117 appears to still need inspections and TF-FOP-1025-01380 has fees due along with still needing inspections. Please submit a new request for CofO/LofC when everything has been completed.
- TI for new restaurant. No change of use. Requesting new CofO for TI, and for Patio Extension (under separate permit number). Total Occupant Load is 292.
