To whom it may concern, we are currently applying for a permit for a Metal Ramada/Patio that is already built. We are also going to court for it. On our latest submittal we were asked to apply for a Board of Adjustment for Variance; we have little knowledge of permits and building codes etc so here we are following the next step. The ramada was built with the intent of using it as a storage / rv parking spot in our home. It is not attached to the house but was built right next to it and out shared neighboring wall.
