This project is not complete all inspections need to be approved. And all related permits must be completed (TD-DEV-0323-00190). Please re-request once all items have been completed. THIS PROJECT IS A 4,332 SF DEMOLITION AND 3,530 SF REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING COMMUNITY CENTER INCLUDING A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN. THIS WILL BE A PHASED PROJECT. PHASE I: CONSTRUCT NEW COMMUNITY CENTER.
