PRJ253247-5 (Requesting 3 month extension) From existing Cox vault near 7359 E Tanque Verde Rd, head N on to property. Head W and begin ~92' pull through existing. Place 4x4' pot hole and new 3x4' Cox vault. Continue W ~450' pull through existing conduit. Remove and replace existing pedestal with vaulted pedestal. Continue W ~445' pull through existing conduit. Place 4x4' pot hole and new 3x4' Cox vault. Head N ~75', Head W ~160', Head N ~275' all pull through existing conduit. Remove and replace existing pedestal with vaulted pedestal. Tie in.
