PERMIT EXTENSION REQUEST: Extend Permit TS-PRM-0423-00274 (Subway #1837) for at least another 60 days. The sign contractor, Summit West Signs, is in the process of submitting multiple photos of the installed signage to Heather Thrall for self inspection, however, they are delayed because the UL stickers were not affixed onto the letters. Summit West Signs is working with Heather Thrall to finalize the inspections.
ORIGINAL REQUEST: Install two (2) wall signs: a 25.3 SF illuminated wall sign on the west elevation, and a 44.8 SF illuminated wall sign on the north elevation.
