Description:
There have been numerous delays on this project: supply chain issues, TEP requested changes, unforeseen conditions, etc. These delays are unavoidable and are a result of circumstances outside of our control. In addition, we have no input regarding the frequency or the length of these delays. We have to deal with these delays as they occur. Unfortunately these delays have caused the permit to expire without completing the work. Would like to extend the expiration date of this permit so we can complete and close the project.
