This project is not complete, there are outstanding permit conditions. Permit conditions can be located in the conditions section of the permit details on your TDC online account. 1. AIR BALANCING REPORT IS REQUIRED. and 2. WATER STERILIZATION REPORT IS REQUIRED. For questions on the required reports you can reach out to plans examiner Robert.Sherry@tucsonaz.gov

TI: Zemam's Lounge. ALL CONDITIONS MET/INSPECTIONS PASSED. I RECEIVED A DENIAL WITH ZERO EXPLANATION. PLEASE INDICATE WHICH CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET. WHICH "OUTSTANDING PERMIT CONDITIONS" ARE NOT MET? PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND. I WILL APPLY DAILY UNTIL I GET SOMETHING OTHER THAN A CUT-AND-PASTE RESPONSE.
