**7/08/2024 - Requesting permit extension due to project being on hold from the developer until this past week, we are currently working diligently to address comments received previously but don't believe we will get everything wrapped up prior to expiration of this permit (Development Plan Package). We would like to extend by the standard 1 year permit length.**
